Our team has proposed a cultural innovation approach that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into Macquarie Group's corporate structure, promoting an innovation-driven culture that goes beyond traditional business practices. At the core of this transformation is the deployment of a tailored design process, meticulously developed to harness the potential of the social and governance dimensions as key drivers of an innovative culture. The rationale behind our design process focuses on two key aspects: mitigating the inherent social and governance risks faced by Macquarie Group, and tapping into the untapped opportunities within these areas.

JustAccess

UX / Space / Service Design . 2023

This project focuses on designing accessible and inclusive event spaces for public venues, integrating advanced technologies to enhance the experience for all patrons, especially those with disabilities. Through comprehensive research and user testing, we developed solutions that promote independence and self-fulfilment for disabled individuals while minimizing environmental impact through sustainable design. The final concept, "Just Access," ensures seamless inclusivity, blending accessible features with the overall event experience.

Fields of Learning

I have developed expertise in UX design, with a strong focus on interaction design and a user-centred approach. I am proficient in using Adobe software, Figma, and other design tools to create intuitive and impactful designs. My skill set also includes visual communication, web design, and 3D modelling, complementing my UX work. With a calm and responsible nature, I bring solid communication skills and extensive team project experience. I approach design challenges with a rational mindset, using thorough research and analysis to inform my design solutions.
